* Gizmo : (흔히 새롭고 쓸모 있는) 간단한 장치

* Aplenty : (명사 뒤)(격식)(필요 이상으로) 많은[많이]

* Gadgets and gizmos aplenty : 인어공주 OST에 나오는 가사인듯.. 많은 장치들, 잡동사니 정도로 해석하면 될듯.
